MediaFlow Traffic and Scheduling, Media management and Playout automation solution for National Broadcaster Jetix (Disney)

As from 1 november 2006 the commercial broadcaster Jetix has gone live with Vivesta’s traffic- and channel management and automation software on Dutch national TV. The broadcast platform is facilitated by KPN Broadcast Services. Vivesta has improved the workflow process and facilitated the transition to a native-MXF-based tapeless broadcast platform. Jetix is the first national broadcaster using a web services based architecture enabling to control and manage both broadcast and on-demand services without having to install, maintain or update a single broadcast software application on the operator pc. The Vivesta MediaFlow automation and channel management solution has replaced Omnibus automation and Pilat Media IBMS.
